The story
There was a terrorist group plotting attacks on hero's. Some of them worked with the villains for fame and wealth. Everyone who could have disrupted the foundation of the society, was erased from existence along with their sins without any trials. The commission ordered, to have them, silenced.
In the past, vigilantes were considered hero's. They earned the people's trust. The country recognized their contribution. In other words, the foundation of a hero society is trusting the hero's. She was but a cog that kept the system running. Some work in the light, others in the dark. Both sides are equally essential. For that she obeyed the orders. She did as she was told. She thought she'll make an exception but her hands are bloody. She started realizing the darkness behind the act. She couldn't shake hands with the kids who consider her as a hero of the society. She took a step back. Seeing how fragile they were, she felt this sudden dizziness.
"Everything is fake!! ", she said, sitting in the world-facing lobby, in her luxurious apartment, procrastinating looking at the world, all alone, hopeless and lost.
The commission realized that these two types of heros instigate civilians into committing crimes, then arrest them for the bounties. The public doesn't need to know about this. So,she was ordered to make sure they are never found.
She asked, "Will our society be better without them? " Trusting the commission and asking the same in return.
The commission didn't answer but she continued stating her thoughts, "You only show the bright side of things to the public. How is this any different from brainwashing? ".
The commission responded, " Nagant! This is a necessary move. Some have to maintain the hope our hero has shown to the people.".
Confused Nagant, relentlessly said "Maintaining hope?", disrupting the conversation with the commission and continuing saying, " And what do we get in the end? ".
The commission responded stating that ultimate results,"
Hero name: Lady Nagant!
Quirk: Rifle
She elegantly transformed her arm into a sniper pointing at the commission saying, " President, aren't you a strong one?" and killed the president and ended up being a villain believing what she considered as 'vigilantes', the first hero's.
Coming to the present: After 20 years, Deku said, "You killed the president of the commission?" while fighting with Lady Nagant who escaped from the prison and continued in wonder stating that, "How could you? The news said he was killed after he got into a quarrel with the heroes".
She replied, "Indeed! Even then, the commission was still protecting its façade." Through the speakers from the di-colored bullet she shot at Deku, saying, "They wouldn't let anyone see the disputes or any rebellious actions, I bet you didn't know", and continued shooting through her arms and customized bullets made out of her.
Lady Nagant has the snipping skill to hit a target from even 3 kilometers away and she never missed her target till now and young deku is the first hero who was able to Dodge all her consecutive shots.
She continued speaking through the bullet speakers, "In this society, everyone looks up to is but a weak and fragile illustration. What's the good in restoring this illusion?! They will only make the same mistake again. They will keep showing the bright side. Eventually, another one will get corrupted by the truth. At Least a future controlled by all, for one, is more transparent than this!
Deku predicted her moments and shot at the sniper hero based on the trajectory of that shot! and responded, "I had no idea", that was fast, faster than Lady Nagant skills.
Deku on his way striking at lightning speed continued, " But I've slowly come to understand", stating his realization, "There is more than black and white in this world. The entire world is gray! Distrust and frustration are everywhere".
(Once shigaraki mentioned, " They hide their pain. In the end, heros and commissions become corrupted and filled with maggots!)
"That is all the more reason why we must reach out to them! " Deku Stated his intentions of saving the villains rather than erasing them.
Lady Nagant responded, "Our twisted education gave you these foolish ideas" While thinking about how Deku dodged any damage to his joints while being midair. Thinking about it, he even analyzes and anticipates her attacks to avoid them.
In that case, she stretched her arms wide for her next move to test Deku saying, "Let's see just how much analysis you can do! ".
Though she was fighting against Deku, she was subconsciously testing Deku's intentions by challenging him.
Deku realized that her target was Chisaki and then Lady Nagant responded, "That's right! "
Before the fight with Deku, 'Chisaki and Lady Nagant' spent some time together, where Chisaki mentions that, " I know that brat!"
Lady Nagant uninterestedly asks, "what?" Listening carefully to what Chisaki was trying to say.
Chisaki continued, "He's the kid who ruined my plan. He's got a serious case of Hero Syndrome".
She replied to him saying, "I guess you're more than just a pawn, it's as if fate brought us here!! I'll be taking you with me so you can identify the target" Putting the lost chisaki for some use.
Chisaki replies, "on one condition". Interupting chisaki she states, "I won't be part of your personal vendetta". Chisaki says, "That's not it. None of that matters now. I have lost everything. I have but one wish right now. Let me see my dad again!!", requesting her and continued zoning out saying, " Dad.. Sorry… Dad…".
Realizing that Lady Nagant is gonna attack him, Chisaki shouted at her, "I did as you said! Take me to my dad now! "
"Chisaki!"
She'll risk getting jammed but it should increase the bullet velocity for her final move. Thinking that "The worst part of the hero's education is the guilt that eats you away when you see someone get killed because of your mistake!" She shot a him imagining the possibility that, "with so many things to consider, he will hesitate and become slower" And shot at deku right away.
But without even thinking, Deku used his quirk to move towards Chisaki with an intention to save him. This shocked Lady Nagant as her bullet missed again. Deku was able to dodge it because he didn't hesitate to put his life first to save the villain.
During the dodge deku analysis the situation is thinking, "by repeating the same motion, I can temporarily store the kinetic energy and release it. When I skipped, I kept extending my legs to store energy as a way to keep my body from injuries"
"Plus One for all, 45%! Plus centrifugal force!"
Stating the fact, "Everyone from my generation knows that Allmight can get to the scene faster than a bullet!" Deku even saves Chisaki from the bullet with his new move, Faux 100%!
Later in the episode Nagant explodes and dies.
Reasoning behind the structure:
After such detail storytelling, the ending is really abrupt r8? You'll experience the same impact and conclusions, when you have not known the story, struggle that the character have gone through. It will be the same even if you watch the respective episode.
Those missing layers of detail can only complete the past, present and future. A story is never less a meaningless journey, it didn't just convey the right details. If one you figure out the plot of each character in the story adding up to the character development of the protagonist arc, it doesn't matter if its a short or thousands of episodes of anime or a series of books, amount of details doesn't matter, what matter is how you give those details. That's where the story structure comes a major role and storytelling is all about.
